Dororo sat outside on the roof of the Hinata household, letting the cold wind whip around him. Snow continued to blanket the ground, making the scene before Dororo almost blinding to look at. He sighed.

"The day is beautiful… But it would be even more beautiful in his arms…" the small shinobi murmured to himself. It was New Year's Day. A few days had passed since Dororo had rescued his lover, but the warrior had yet to awaken. He would shift every now and then, but never open those big eyes that Dororo adored.

"Giro-kun… What can I do to help you…?" Dororo whispered into the wind, tears pricking at the corners of his eyes again. A crash resonated through the house, but this one sounded directly below the former-assassin. Dororo jumped to his feet, then hurried into the attic via the window.

   He was shocked.

Giroro was leaning against the wall, watching Koyuki with a panicked, cautious expression. His once angry eyes were nearly as wide as Keroro's. Koyuki held her hands out slowly, gesturing that she won't hurt him, before bending down to pick up bits of a broken tea cup. Dororo watched, frozen on the spot. Giroro looked around, then caught the shinobi's eyes.

"Doro-kun…" he stepped towards his light blue mate, only to have his legs give out beneath him. Dororo recollected his thoughts and rushed forward, catching his injured comrade. He let Giroro relax in his arms, despite the protests of looking weak in front of a Pokopenian, and held him tight. Giroro sighed.

"Are you all right, Doro-kun?" he managed to sit up, taking the ninja's face in his hands and looking over him. Dororo just caught him in another huge hug, overjoyed that he had his Giroro back. The corporal laughed softly.

"How long was I out? What exactly happened?" he questioned, pulling away so he could look at his thrilled partner. Dororo carefully untied his mask and enveloped Giroro in a long-awaited kiss. When they separated, the flustered ninja broke into a babble.

Kururu tried to… And then he… And you… And for days… Koyuki helped, yes… I was worried… Kururu was so… And you…" Giroro knew he was clearly too flustered to get a single sentence out. He looked down at the bandages around his wrists, then at the ones around his ankles.

"Okay, if you can tell me," he smirked playfully, "Why am I bandaged up?"

When Dororo got just a little bit paler, Giroro wondered what he said wrong. Koyuki watched the two Keronians in silence, pieces of broken ceramic in her hands. Dororo looked down, taking Giroro's small hands in his.

"Kururu must've erased your memory…" he murmured. Giroro coaxed Dororo to look at him.

"Tell me what happened," he said firmly, worry in his eyes, clouding the large black orbs Dororo had longed to see. Dororo sighed softly, then explained the entire story. At least, as much as he knew of it. As soon as he finished, Giroro's arms went around him.

"I'll never leave you, Doro-kun. You're my everything," he whispered. Dororo blushed.

"I… I love you, Giro-kun…" he whispered. Giroro pulled away just enough for their lips to meet.

"I love you, too, Doro-kun," he smiled. They remained in silence, until a loud 'Awwwwwww!' from Koyuki broke it. Dororo blushed, casting a mock glare at his master. Giroro laughed.

"At least she supports us," he pressed his forehead against Dororo's. Koyuki giggled.

"All the way! As long as my little Dororo is happy, I'm happy!" she made her signature kitty face. Giroro arched an eye ridge, looking at his mate.

"'My little Dororo'? I might just use that," he laughed. Dororo blushed, giggling.

"I'm so glad you're okay," he purred, wrapping his small arms around the corporal he loved so much. Giroro smiled, kissing his lover's forehead.

"I'll never leave you," he promised. Dororo looked at him.

"I'll hold you to that," he giggled, blushing.

"Unnnnccclllleee!" Angol Moa's voice rang out through the base. In a flash, Keroro had scooted into the main control room.

"Yeeess, Lady Moa?" he grinned at the young Lord of Terror.

"I'm receiving signals from a nearby Keron ship!" she announced. Giroro looked up. He had been leaning against the wall, talking to Dororo. He now strode over to the main monitor, examining the signal that Moa had displayed.

"That looks too familiar…" he muttered. Dororo walked over and stood beside him, slipping his hand into his mate's, interlocking their fingers. Keroro looked at the signal.

"It does look familiar… Lady Moa, see if you can connect us to the Keron ship's system. Maybe they'll talk to us."

"If they aren't trying to kill us like last time," Giroro scoffed. Angol Moa typed a few things, then a fuzzy image appeared on screen. Giroro gazed intently at the image as it became clearer, revealing a certain purple Keronian with a yellow visor. Giroro's heart skipped a beat, and he quickly pulled his hand away from Dororo's. The purple Keronian looked over the gathered group, consisting of Tamama, Keroro, Dororo, Giroro, and Angol Moa. Kururu was, as usual, nowhere in sight.

"Well, you all seem well," the Keronian on the screen said in his usual deep voice. Giroro stepped forward, hostility in his eyes.

   "Garuru..."
Okay, here's part 7!
Time to spice things up with a new character. Things'll really get interesting now...
Please continue to comment. It lets me know how my story is doing.
Oh, and let me know if you like more a spec between paragraphs over my previous way of doing it. In my opinion, the previous way looked too crammed together.
~Thanks!
